The Need

Company Profile Videos for Bonhoeffer Machines

Back in May 2023, Bonhoeffer Machines came to us with a brief: they wanted to announce their debut in the Indian agritech scene with two corporate videos. And what better place to do it than at the 21st edition of Agri Intex in Coimbatore? It’s the pinnacle event of agriculture machinery, held in July every year.    

Our job was to make those videos pop. First, we brainstormed some ideas to highlight what makes them stand out. We decided to make two videos – one to capture their presence at the event, to show how they’re making a big splash with their entry into the Indian market. And a second video showcasing their products, brand, and their philosophy. Then, we gathered a team of pros – photographers and videographers – to capture all the action from different angles. And let’s not forget the drone shots required by the client.    

We aimed to catch the buzz and excitement of the event, all while shining a spotlight on their products and mission. They wanted to introduce themselves to the Indian agritech market. And with our help, they made a big splash! 

The Approach

Our client needed impactful company profile videos to make a splash at the event. After receiving their brief, we scheduled a call with our client, along with the Director of Photography (DoP) we had in mind for the job. Our first step was to thoroughly review the videos shared by the client, ensuring we understood their vision for the project.

Harish, a seasoned partner on our platform, brought a wealth of experience to the table. The shoot spanned four days, from July 14th to 17th, running from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. During this time, we meticulously executed the script we had written based on the client’s specifications. We provided Harish and his team with a detailed shotlist. We determined camera angles and worked closely with the team to frame each shot perfectly. Our main aim was to infuse the video with energy, enthusiasm and grandeur, and we did so by working together with the photographers during the shoot.
 
In the first video, we opened with a sweeping drone shot of the event, immediately capturing the scale and excitement of the occasion. This introduction set the stage for the detailed information that followed. Following this introduction, the video showcased various interactions between Bonhoeffer employees and customers. These scenes were carefully chosen to build brand trust and awareness. To ensure the video resonated with a diverse audience, we included multiple language options. This decision was aimed at making the content accessible and relatable to farmers from different regions of India. 
 
In our second video for them, we focused on reinforcing brand awareness and introducing the client’s products’ standout features. The voiceover, carefully scripted to adhere to the client’s specific demands, served as a guiding narrative throughout the video.  

  • To ensure maximum engagement, we infused the videos with lively music and a compelling voiceover, aiming to captivate viewers from start to finish.
  • Specific products such as Chainsaw, Water Pump, Tiller, Brush Cutter, and Engine were highlighted to showcase their diverse offerings.
  • To further enhance the videos’ impact, we increased the tempo of the music and injected a sense of enthusiasm into the voiceover, to keep the audience hooked throughout.
